This Position reports to:Operations Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.

The work model for the role is: Onsite

This role is contributing to the digital and solutions business under distribution solutions division in China.

You will be mainly accountable for:
* Collaborating with various teams to support ABB's operations, ensuring effective coordination and successful project completion within the defined timelines.
* Assisting operations manager on operational topics, i.e. collecting and following up the performance KPI, organizing best practice and lessons learnt into Database etc.
* Assisting project managers on key project executions, main tasks can be documentation, expediting, arranging meeting with external/ internal stakeholders etc.
* Participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative efforts.

Qualifications for the role
* Bachelor and above Degree in Engineering discipline (preferably in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, automation etc.). Having learning experience in business administration or project management related courses is a plus.
* You are qualified to use Microsoft Office 365 software to work out professional documents.
* You are a good team player and target/performance oriented.
* You are fast learner and keep an open mind to multi-tasks.
* You are at ease communicating in English
