Assist in analyzing delivery performance metrics, including on-time rate, fulfillment, operational efficiency, and rider satisfaction. Support the design and implementation of initiatives that enhance the rider experience, from onboarding through daily operations. Conduct research and gather rider feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with product, logistics, and service teams to propose data-driven enhancements. Contribute to the development of internal reports and dashboards that monitor the performance and impact of operational strategies

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good communication abilities in English, both spoken and written. Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Particularly interested in delivery logistics and marketplace operations
