1. Familiar with and understand the processes and functions of all merchandise operations stages; 2. Analyze and gain insights into consumer and product demands, formulate merchandise strategies and marketing campaign planning, and drive implementation to boost order growth; 3. Develop effective merchandise planning, create competitive products, rapidly supplement category demands, control costs and improve gross margins; 4. Leverage internal and external resources to introduce competitive merchants and build merchant tier structures; 5. Analyze the impact of product characteristics on user behavior, identify growth opportunities, and build understanding of user decision-making pathways; 6. Skilled in data analysis, use data to guide frontend operations, and drive coordinated growth among merchants through data-driven approaches. Special Note: This position is part of the company's Southeast Asia Business Development Special Initiative. We are looking for candidates who are committed to a long-term career in Southeast Asia, willing to complete an internship in China, and prepared for long-term assignment in Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, or Vietnam upon successful conversion to full-time employment. We especially welcome applicants who are dedicated to deeply cultivating the Southeast Asian market and possess proficiency in Malay, Indonesian, Thai, or Vietnamese
Requerimientos del candidato/a:
Proficiency in at least one Southeast Asian language (e.g., Indonesian, Thai, Malay, Vietnamese, or Filipino) is required. 1. Prior internship experience in well-known e-commerce or community group buying platforms is preferred; 2. Strong data analysis and communication skills, excellent systematic and logical thinking abilities, understanding of complexity and ability to consider issues from a holistic perspective; 3. Proficient in various computer office software including Word, Excel, PPT, etc.; skilled in editing software such as AE, PS, AI, PR, etc.; 4. Strong presentation skills, able to communicate in language that others can understand, express clearly to ensure timely and accurate information delivery, with good aesthetic sense and strong video breakdown capabilities with good rhythm; 5. Honest and upright character, proactive and initiative-taking, meticulous and detail-oriented, able to embrace new concepts; possess strong learning ability, high execution capability, strong principles, and driving force
