JOB DISCRIPTION

JOB: BOTTEGA VENETA Merchandising Intern
LOCATION: Shanghai, Hang Lung Plaza

SUMMARY
This role is to support Merchandising team in regular merchandising and planning working tasks to maximize sales opportunity across offline stores in China business

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analysis Support: Regular sales report preparation, business analysis for offline stores (both full price and outlet)
- Market Research: Regular competitor's research: competitor activity. and customer behavior flow; fashion trend research
- Merchandising support and coordination: sample management, including but not limited to unpack upon arrival, stock take, support events sample arrangement
- Project/Events Support: tasks assigned by Merchandising/Planning manager when merchandising team organize brand project or events

QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient office software skill: Excel (Vlookup/Pivot Table-Must), PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
- 4~5-day per week, at least 3-month, 6-month is preferred
- Quick learner, reliable, patient, and efficient, good communicator
- Passionate about Luxury industry, candidates with Luxury/Fashion related experience are preferred

WHAT YOU CAN GAIN FROM THE INTERSHIP
- Overall understanding for luxury industry in terms of Merchandising and Planning
- Business analysis skills especially in sales analysis, prodcut analysis, market trend analysis, - Solid your planning skills in data analysis tools (excel, power BI, etc.)
- Develop your soft skills such as communication, project organization, etc.
