Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Trainee in Project Controls to join our team and support the planning and control of construction and infrastructure projects. This role is designed for early-career professionals who are eager to learn and grow within a dynamic project environment. You will work closely with experienced planners and project managers, gaining hands-on experience in scheduling, cost control, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules (Master Schedule).
* Support the management of key inputs such as task lists, milestones, resources, and calendars.
* Help monitor project progress and analyze schedule impacts.
* Contribute to the preparation of status reports and performance dashboards.
* Ensure consistency in reporting formats and timelines.
* Participate in schedule updates and re-baselining when needed.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams across design and construction phases.
* Be available to travel and support on-site activities when required

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Qualifications

* Recent graduate or final-year student in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
* Basic understanding of project planning and scheduling concepts.
* Familiarity with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office is a plus.
* Fluent in Spanish and English (written and oral).
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
* Willingness to learn and take initiative.
* Availability to travel and relocate within cities as needed.
Preferred Skills:
* Knowledge of construction and infrastructure project environments.
* Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a team.
