Korea Retail Support

Department: Retail, Korea Retail
Reports To: Wayne Ko, Manager, Korea Retail
Location: Seoul, Korea
Overview

This position is to support Korea Retail Business and each channel for Department Store, Outlet and Dutyfree.

Key Responsibilities:

Management and support of Store Operation
- Manage of operation related payment and monthly closing/settlement for all stores
- Manage and support of uniforms by season
- Support Retail Marketing Activities to stores

Support for Data analysis
- Review and consolidation of Incentive program and its results
- Responsible for reviewing and managing of actual sales records
- Check and analyze/share store KPI
- Collect and prepare of meeting materials
- Collect and analyze of monthly closing competitor data

Support for Merchandising Operation
- Responsible for Store Inventory Transfer
- Investigate on Actual Inventory status and ERP system
- Assist Merchandising regular activities - e.g. Seasonal lookbook, Product Training
- Handle of DF products update in ecommerce web site

Support for Overall Administrative Work
- Review on store's attendance management (Shiftee)
- Ad-hoc assigned tasks

Qualifications and skills:

- Prefer to have BS degrees
- Good communication skills to clarify the current issue to share
- Operational Management skills
- Time Management skills
- Excellence of OA skills
