YOUR ROLE
You handle customer incidents from customer manufacturing line or field and make preliminary verification and judgment. Able to describe faults, manage analysis processes, and review corrective actions with cross-functional teams. Summarize customer quality issues and take ownership of resolution in the assigned areas.
* Enhances customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and effective communication of quality issues.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality issues and complaints.
* Collect and analyze field failure data and customer feedback.
* Lead or support 8D problem-solving processes to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
* Provide technical support and guidance to customers on product quality and reliability.
* Participate in product and process audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, or related fields.
* Understanding of semiconductor devices and basic manufacturing processes flow.
* Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
* Team player with good interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office
Good to Have Qualifications
* Experience with field failure or customer quality data analysis
* Experience with 8D or similar problem-solving methodologies
Internship Period : 1 year (Short-term internships are not possible)
