Job Description & Responsibilities

The 3DS Korea Facilities Team is dedicated to creating an optimal work environment where employees can focus on driving innovation. Based at the Seoul Office in the ASEM Tower, the hub of our Korean operations and the first touchpoint for the company, the Facilities Team delivers comprehensive workplace solutions, encompassing office operations, infrastructure management, corporate security, and employee welfare.
As a vital member of the Facilities Team, the Receptionist Intern will manage the front line of our office at the reception desk while supporting overall facility operations, gaining valuable hands-on corporate experience in a dynamic multinational environment.
The primary purpose of this internship is to ensure a seamless, welcoming onsite office experience and to maximize the operational efficiency of the Facilities Team. Serving as the face of 3DS Korea, the intern will maintain a professional and hospitable environment for all visitors and employees. By handling frontline reception duties and core administrative tasks, the intern will enable the Facilities Team to maintain operational continuity and focus on strategic workplace initiatives.
* Reception Desk Operations (Primary Duty):

* Greet and guide local and international visitors, vendors, and VIPs; issue visitor badges and provide basic security orientation.

* Manage the main corporate phone line and route inquiries to the appropriate departments.

* Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services, including internal distribution.

* Facilities Support (Secondary Duty):

* Monitor meeting room readiness and assist with office supply and pantry inventory management.

* Conduct regular office walkthroughs to check equipment status and cleanliness, reporting any maintenance issues.

* Provide administrative support, including processing expense reports and organizing team documentation.

Qualifications

We are seeking an organized, service-oriented individual who possesses strong communication skills and a proactive attitude suitable for an internship position.
* Basic Qualifications:

* Current university student or recent graduate available to work full-time for a 6-month duration.

* Excellent interpersonal skills with a warm, professional, and positive demeanor.

* Strong adaptability and a calm approach to handling unexpected onsite situations.

* Proficiency in standard office tools (MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) to manage administrative tasks efficiently.

* Preferred Qualifications:

* Basic to intermediate English communication skills (both spoken and written) to interact comfortably with international visitors and colleagues.

* Prior experience in corporate reception, customer service, hospitality (e.g., hotels, airlines), or general administration.

* High level of attention to detail, reliability, and strong collaborative skills.
