Your Role And Responsibilities

The IBM Consulting Workforce Management Americas team is looking for people interested in developing a career in a great environment providing support to peers, working with IBM tools to keep systems updated accurately and timely.

Technical Diploma

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

* Advanced studies in Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Human Resources, Public Relations, Business Administration or related. Expected graduation date from the course: December 2026 or after that.
* English: Advanced both spoken & written
* Time Management and Prioritization skills
* Attention to details and ability to work under pressure
* Basic Excel knowledge
