At GN, we are transforming how we operate - digitally, strategically, and globally.

As our new Student Assistant in the Process Excellence team, you will be at the heart of this transformation, supporting the design, documentation, and improvement of our global processes across divisions and regions. You will play a key role in building a solid process foundation that enables GN's strategy and future growth.

The team you will be part of
You will join the Process Excellence function in Global Operations Strategy & Management Office, working as an integrated part of the function and collaborating across global process teams, and regional stakeholders.

The team is responsible for developing and governing the GN Process landscape, maintaining architectural consistency while promoting and supporting the continued use and development of the landscape across GN. We set the structure and facilitate the implementation of process governance across the organization, in support of process alignment and continuous process improvement throughout GN's divisions and regions. Finally, the team leads the promotion and adoption of Business Process Management (BPM), supporting the integration of BPM practices into business operations across all areas of the organization.

We are a small team but works with and supports an extensive network of process professionals and process owners across GN.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will
* Develop and maintain our Process Excellence SharePoint site, helping to communicate frameworks, standards, training opportunities and updates
* Support process modelling and documentation activities (primarily using BPMN 2.0)
* Help secure alignment between process models and architectural standards
* Support the maintenance of model integrity and traceability across the organisation
* Assist the Process Excellence team with a variety of operational and coordination tasks as needed

To thrive in the role, we imagine that you
* Are pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field
* Have knowledge of process modelling BPMN 2.0
* Have experience creating and managing SharePoint sites or similar collaboration platforms
* Enjoy working with practical activities and approach your responsibilities in a structured and reliable way
* Are comfortable working with data and documentation and pay attention to detail
* Collaborate well with colleagues from different areas of the organisation and contribute positively to a team-focused environment
* Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
