About the Team The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. We're currently seeking a Logistics intern to join our logistics operations team. About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Logistics Intern to support our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to ongoing commercial projects, supplier management initiatives, and new project launches across Europe. The ideal candidate brings a combination of analytical thinking, attention to detail, self-motivation, and a strong interest in logistics, supplier management and e-commerce operations. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Key Responsibilities: - Project Tracking & Reporting: Assist in monitoring project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Help maintain and update the PMO dashboard and project trackers. - Data Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyse logistics operational data (e.g., shipping times, cost reports, warehouse efficiency) to support project decision-making. - Meeting Coordination: Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items with different stakeholders. - Documentation Support: Assist in preparing project documents, process workflows, and standard operating procedures. - Cross-functional Communication: Act as a bridge between logistics operations, tech teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth information flow

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a degree at university, available to attend the internship for a minimum of 12+ weeks on a full-time or part-time basis; - Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently, with strong communication skills; - Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with Excel (pivot tables, lookups), Data analysis and ability to report idea's in a clear manner. - High Oral fluency in Spanish and English to support communication with Stakeholders in both Spanish and English Markets. Preferred Qualifications: - Prior internship or academic project experience Data Engineering and Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field - Ideally familiar with case management tools (e.g., Pearl, Jira, ServiceNow) and GTM (go-to-market)/project frameworks (e.g., RACI, critical path tracking); - Strong analytical mindset with exposure to data visualization or reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.). - Detail-oriented, self-driven, and a collaborative team player. - Excellent communication skills
