Our Wholesales Supply Chain department is looking for an intern to join us and support the team. If you are a fan of LOEWE, this is great opportunity to gain experience with a leading luxury fashion house.

About your role:

* Lead the end-to-end management of logistical incidents, from identification and root cause analysis through to resolution.
* Investigate and resolve complex stock discrepancy issues that directly impact operational performance, customer service, and business results.
* Act as the key point of coordination between cross-functional teams, including Warehouse, Logistics, Aftersales, Finance, and Wholesale customers.
* Assess unique and non-standard situations, applying critical thinking and business judgment to determine root causes and implement tailored solutions.
* Drive visibility and reporting on logistical incidents, identifying trends and opportunities to reduce recurrence and improve operational efficiency.
* Support allocation and distribution activities to ensure smooth product flow and optimal service levels across the Wholesale channel.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to minimize operational disruptions and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend practical solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by optimizing workflows, reducing manual intervention, and strengthening operational controls.About us:

Perfil

About you:

Proficient in time management and task prioritization, with the ability to propose data-driven decisions and action plans based on thorough analysis.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the impact of decisions and action plans through comprehensive data analysis.
Master Excel, Power BI, and analytical skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and resolve logistical incidents.
Excellent organizational and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience with reporting, workload planning, and operational follow-up.
Knowledge of international logistics and export documentation is a plus.
Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
Client focused person.

Internships at LOEWE:

You must be currently enrolled in studies that allow you to sign an internship agreement (convenio de beca) with your university
If you are from de UE you must have a student NIE. If you are from outside the UE, you need a working permit.
Our internships run for 6-12 months, and the hours will generally be 9am to 6.30pm Mondays to Thursdays and 9am to 3pm on Fridays
