Your Role
Are you a budding talent eager to dive into the dynamic world of pet nutrition? As a trainee at Affinity Petcare, you'll have the exciting opportunity to kick-start your marketing career in a company where passion for pets meets innovation! What you will do
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement marketing strategies and brand activations
* Support the planning and execution of marketing events, initiatives, and consumer engagement activities
* Analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and identify consumer behaviors and trends
* Contribute creative ideas that enhance brand awareness and strengthen consumer connections
* Participate in the development of marketing materials, presentations, and reports
* Manage purchase orders (POs) and maintain relationships with external suppliers and agencies
What we are looking for
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or similar
* Excellent level of Spanish and good level of English
* Excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Curiosity for the digital world: social media, influencers, online communities, and emerging trends
* High curiosity, and a proactive mindset
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
* Collaborative team player
* Ability to sign an internship agreement with your university or school
