Description & Requirements

As an intern, you will be working with our Loan Review team to support financial institution clients in all aspects of loan review projects. You will learn loan review and credit analysis abilities to help assess credit risk for lending purposes.

How you will contribute:

* Assessing credit risk associated with individual commercial borrowers and entire loan portfolios in banks and credit unions across the country
* Evaluating completeness of loan documentation
* Performing credit risk due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and securitizations
* Interacting with bank management by recommending alternatives for improvements
* Collaborating with a project team of similar level consultants under the guidance of a seasoned manager
* Meeting with clients either in person or remotely throughout the nation
* Receiving feedback on completed projects and career development from a coaching/mentor program

Minimum Qualifications:

* Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Banking Specialization, or another business related field
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications

* Maintaining a GPA of 3.0 or higher (in major and overall)
