The Ad Product Policy team works to create a positive advertiser and user experience on the (COMPANY NAME) platform by analyzing and writing policies for organic commercial content and numerous advertising products.

This Internship Program runs for 10-24 weeks. Candidates can also apply for both Off-cycle Intern position and Program Intern position.

Responsibilities:
This product policy role requires complex problem-solving skills, high understanding of the risks associated with Commercial Organic Content, excellent ability to audit and improve existing risk-control mechanisms through policies and enforcement, team-player vision and a true entrepreneurial spirit working across time zones. The ideal candidate has experience performing deep analysis into potential risk areas in the joint area of commercial and organic content and has the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, identify trade-offs, prioritize tasks and make decisions with limited information in high-pressure situations.
- Become the functional owner of risk-control measurement and strategies of organic commercial products on the platform.
- Work in collaboration with the rest of the team to support them and educate them on the different nuances of the product you own.
- Develop and apply principles that regulate organic commercial content, which should be aligned with the global vision while incorporating local nuances
- Collaborate with global Operations team and other internal stakeholders to improve and maintain feedback loops from front end policy enforcement activities to policy design
- Partner with cross-functional teams including other Policy leaders, Product, Sales, Risk Control, Government Affairs, Legal and Communication teams to understand and mitigate risks
- Build processes and structures to enable scale & effective operationalization measurement and control strategies in the Organic Commercial space.

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor/Master's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team-environment.
- Extremely clear oral and written communication with the ability to translate complex challenges into simple and clear language and persuade stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Excellent analytical reasoning, problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional skills.
- Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in online advertising and organic content regulations, policies, risk prevention & identification, and management.
- Previous experience working with international partners across multiple markets and timezones

Job Information:

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (hourly)
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $39- $39. We cover 100% premium coverage for Full-Time intern medical insurance after 90 days from the date of hire. Medical coverage only, no dental or vision coverage.​
Our time off and leave plans are: Paid holidays and paid sick leave. The sick leave entitlement is based on the time you join.​
We also provide mental and emotional health benefits through our Employee Assistance Program and provide reimbursements for your mobile phone expense. The Company reserves the right to modify or change these benefits programs at any time, with or without notice.​
