Essential Functions:
This international internship offers a unique possibility to gain first-hand work experience in a shared position in the field of Program Planning and our exclusive individualization label - Manufaktur. The Program Planning team is responsible for aligning an efficient & stable production program for our GLE, GLS, EQE, EQS & Maybach carlines. The team collaborates with central program planning, sales and Powertrain in Germany. On top of that, option code & capacity management round up our responsibilities & team portfolio. The Manufaktur team at Mercedes-Benz U.S. International, Inc. is responsible for steering all individualization activities and fulfilling exclusive customer demands (e.g. special paints & editions). For both topics, you can expect a highly motivated work environment, exclusive insights into the production process and a great opportunity to build your network within Mercedes-Benz Operations and beyond, cooperating with various business partners in an international context.

Other Regular Daily Tasks:
* Responsible for automation of daily production, efficiency & KPI reports
* Moderation of the weekly team meeting and shop floor management (incl. digital tools)
* Organization of frequent team workshops
* Tracking of tasks, important milestones & program fulfillment
* Ensuring parts availability for Manufaktur content

Qualifikationen

Education, Experience and Necessary Skills all must be met in order to qualify for position.

Education:
Student in: Supply Chain Management, Finance/Controlling, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Management, Business Administration or in a related area, and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
