Team Introduction: Our core mission for the SMB Industry Ops team is to identify industry growth opportunities and expand industry ads revenue. We achieve this by rigorously identifying clients' need and product-market fit across diverse global Small and Medium Business (SMB) segments in different industries. We engage directly with sales and clients to develop a granular understanding of their daily interactions with TikTok's advertising solutions. This collaborative approach allows us to cultivate and disseminate scalable best practices, directly contributing to the accelerated growth of SMBs. Project Intern: As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities: - In-depth Market and Customer Research: Skillfully utilize multi-dimensional data to analyze industry trends, providing data support for industry growth development and strategy. Support planning and execution of client interviews. - Product Positioning and Support: Supporting product solution positioning, set targets, and provide necessary marketing tools and materials to the sales team. - Go-to-Market (GTM) Campaigns: Supporting on product organizing and executing online and offline marketing activities to enhance product visibility and market share, including email campaigns. - Project Planning and Facilitation: Supporting industry project planning and operation and aligning XFNs to work under one roadmap

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Minimum Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree or higher, statistics and applied mathematics are highly preferred. - Resilient under pressure, able to deliver high-quality results on a fast-paced schedule. - Strong research and data processing and analysis skills. - A quick learner with critical and innovative thinking, able to thrive in ambiguity and rapidly adapt to change. Preferred Qualifications: - SQL experience. - Large-scale email campaign experience. - Good communication and team work spirit. - Proficient in English and Mandrian listening, speaking, reading and writing. Both English and Mandrian skill sets are required to support clients in APAC and to communicate with stakeholders.
