Job Description

The IT Intern will work with the IT Coordinator to provide direct technical assistance and support for network, hardware, and software issues.

Job Responsibilities

* Support the technology team with the maintenance of hardware, software, and other systems as needed
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment, i.e. printers, computers, etc.
* Run software updates and backups as requested

Qualifications

* Proficient understanding of Microsoft Office, computer hardware, and computer networks
* Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 40 lbs.
* Must possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and independent problem solving

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
