Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
As an Operational Excellence Intern, primary role will be to support various Individual Operating Units (IOUs) in their journey to enhance operational efficiency, achieve quality goals, and foster continuous improvement.
The following duties and responsibilities are aligned with the priorities outlined for the role:
- Support the Achievement and Sustaining of 5S in All Areas
- Help Develop QRQC Maturity Across Operating Units
- Support in Reducing Export of Non-Quality and Cost of Non-Quality (CoNQ)
- Enhance Operational Excellence and Competitiveness
- Improve Planning and Scheduling Processes/Tools
- Improve Reliability of Deliveries in a Challenged Supply Chain Environment
- Support Operating Units with One Safran Waves and Ramp Up Workshops.

This position requires access to information and hardware subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). The selected candidate must be a U.S. person or must meet eligibility requirements for access to export-controlled information and hardware.

Parlons de vous

Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in fields like Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related areas.

Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
Basic knowledge of tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar (a plus, not always required).

Familiarity with concepts like Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma (even at a basic level).
