Job SummaryComcast Spectacor is seeking a Legal Intern. The program is for current law students with an interest in sports, entertainment, and/or gaming law.

Job Description
Core Responsibilities

* Preparing initial drafts of letters, notices, and other short-form legal documents.
* Analyzing commercial agreements and creating summaries of key terms.
* Conducting research projects on various legal issues and preparing memos.
* Attending meetings between the Legal department and internal clients.
* Attending calls with outside counsel on legal issues.
* Regular, Consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

CompensationBase Pay: $15.00
