Introduction

About The Client Innovation Center (CIC)

IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (CICs) are high-delivery, team-based environments where technologists work onsite to build real solutions for real clients.

At CIC, interns collaborate closely with experienced consultants and associates to support the implementation and operation of enterprise packaged applications. Our delivery centers are built for learning through delivery, combining hands-on project exposure, structured training, mentorship, and teamwork to help early-career professionals build strong consulting and technology foundations.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy structured problem-solving, learning business systems, and working in an in-person, collaborative delivery environment.

Your Role And Responsibilities

High-performing interns may be considered for conversion into IBM Consulting's full-time Associate Package Specialist program based on performance and business needs.

* Support package implementation and support activities under the guidance of experienced consultants and associates
* Assist with requirements documentation, configuration tasks, and basic system testing
* Help prepare and validate data for system configuration, migration, or reporting activities
