TikTok LIVE is one of the fastest-growing entertainment and commerce surfaces on TikTok, giving creators a real-time stage to connect with their fans, tell stories, and grow sustainable careers. Our team sits at the front line of this mission - we identify high-potential creators, bring them onto TikTok LIVE, and help them unlock their first breakthrough moments through a mix of GTM strategy, marketing, and hands-on operational support. If you love creators, love culture, and love figuring out what makes a live-stream work - this internship is for you. What You'll Get - A front-row seat to how TikTok LIVE scales its creator ecosystem in one of its most strategic markets. - Direct mentorship from experienced Creator Ops and GTM leads. - Real ownership of creator portfolios and GTM experiments - your work ships and impacts real creators. - Exposure to cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Data, and Content teams. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to 5 days on-site per week and at least 4 months long internship period, with immediate availability preferred. Responsibilities: - Identify promising U.S. creators across content verticals and build first-touch relationships. - Run outreach campaigns through GTM and marketing channels, including outreach, warm intros, community-driven acquisition, and creator events. - Onboard new creators to TikTok LIVE and guide them through their first successful streams. - Coach creators on live-streaming best practices: content formats, stream structure, hook design, audience interaction, and monetization mechanics. - Introduce and drive adoption of TikTok LIVE tools and features to lift stream quality and conversion. - Analyze creator performance data (watch time, engagement, conversion where applicable) and turn insights into concrete recommendations. - Support end-to-end execution of GTM campaigns targeting U.S. Creators, from creator segmentation and messaging, to campaign launch, tracking, and iteration. - Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Content, Data) to test new acquisition and activation playbooks

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Minimum Qualification(s): - Currently or previously pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline. - Proficiency in English, and fluency in written and spoken Mandarin is needed to manage stakeholders in China market. - Genuine passion for TikTok, live-streaming, and creator culture - you actively use the platform and understand what makes creators thrive. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - comfortable doing creator outreach, running marketing campaign, and building trust quickly. - Analytical mindset: comfortable working with data (Excel / Sheets basics; SQL, dashboards, or BI tools are a plus) to inform decisions. - Self-starter with high ownership - able to operate in ambiguity, prioritize ruthlessly, and move fast in a startup-like environment. Preferred Qualification(s): - Hands-on experience live-streaming yourself, or coaching creators on live-streaming. - Familiarity with TikTok LIVE, or comparable platforms (Twitch, YouTube Live, Instagram Live, Amazon Live)
