What are your contributions to the team?

* Utilize strong analytical and data analysis skills to support production decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Communicate effectively with groups of 10-15 leaders by presenting information, updates, and performance metrics.
* Assist in coordinating work by assigning tasks to leaders and following up to ensure completion and accountability.
* Support production operations through an understanding of key manufacturing priorities, including safety, quality, schedule, and cost.
* Bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn, adapting quickly to new processes, tools, and responsibilities.
