Reporting directly to WHS Customer Support Manager, the primary role of the bilingual WHS Customer Support Intern is to to be the initial point of contact for WHS customer requests. Their role is to ensure that all WHS customers receive (through direct response or proper ticket routing): an immediate first response, the appropriate troubleshooting steps, and swift full time resolution.

Responsibilities
* Handling of front line and escalated support requests in order to ensure customer satisfaction, through email, phone and other channels.
* Managing multiple queues, ensuring support requests are handled or funneled to the correct team.
* Completing proactive outbound calls to new program members.
* Participating in the process of enriching the internal knowledge base (training).
* Helping in the service performance and processes.
This position is hybrid and is required to come on site atleast 3X per week. This is a forty hour paid internship. Candidates who can dedicate atleast 6 months to the position are preferred (through a summer + co-op) or due to being a post grad.
