During this Technical Administrator Traineeship, you will gain practical skills in maintaining component compliance and change orders, locating and filing manufacturer documentation for CE/UL regulatory requirements, managing records in a product management system, and handling SAP preparation, routings and exemptions to support hardware supply. You'll also develop variety of soft skills by working in an Agile team-improving cross functional communication, attention to detail, documentation and archival practices, and process improvement and time management abilities.

What you will do:

* Assist with administrative tasks related to technical projects, ensuring smooth operations
* Support the engineering team in organizing technical documents and data for easy access and efficiency
* Collaborate with different departments to ensure the availability of necessary technical resources

Who We're Looking For:

* Students studying Business Administration, Business Management, Accounting, Finance, Innovation and technology management or similar
* Interest in the technical field and administrative tasks to contribute effectively to the team's daily operations
* Curious, passionate individuals eager to bring fresh ideas, adapt to change and learn quickly
* Candidates who are willing to take initiative, challenge themselves, and make a positive impact
* High proficiency in English, both verbal and written

* Currently studying at a University or Vocational School
* Your current study course will continue after August 2026
* You have valid working rights in Estonia at least till 31.08.2026
* You are available and ready to commit to the traineeship full time (Mon-Fri) for at least standard period of 01.06-14.08.2026
