Summer Trainee in System-on-Chip R&D, Oulu

* Duration: 5 months / Flexible
* Target start date: Spring 2026 / Flexible
* Educational recommendations: Current M.Sc. or B.Sc. students in relevant areas
* Location: Oulu, Finland

As part of the team, your tasks could include:
* Assisting in SoC component design, development, and verification
* Supporting SoC modeling, simulation, and model integration for functional validation
* Assisting in SoC software development, integration, and co-validation
* Contributing to pre- and post-silicon testing and validation
* Utilizing industry-standard design tools and methodologies
* Aiding in technical documentation and process improvement

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

* Current M.Sc. or B.Sc. students in relevant areas
* You are fluent in English (written & spoken)

For System-on-Chip (SoC) L1 ASIC, Validation and SoC SW related tasks, you also have at least some of the following skills:
* Programming, Signal Processing, Wireless Communication, Digital Design/Verification, System Design, High-level Synthesis, ML, Logic Synthesis, GIT
* SoC design and verification tools (VHDL, System-Verilog)
* SoC related embedded SW and scripting languages (C, C++, Python, SystemC)
