HERE'S HOW YOU WILL HAVE A ROLE TO PLAY IN IT:
* Trend Scouting: You identify major structural packaging trends and innovative usage patterns worldwide (US, EU, ASIA) and translate them into design reports and inspiration boards.
* From Brief to Concept: You respond to project briefs by developing creative packaging solutions, from initial sketching to advanced 3D modeling.
* DNA & Innovation: You create innovative packaging concepts (shapes, mechanisms, ergonomics) that embody the Brand's DNA while responding to consumer needs, in close collaboration with Operations, Marketing, and R&I teams.
* Sustainable Future: You inspire the Group by designing the future of "Desirable & Sustainable" packaging, focusing on eco-design, refillability, and circularity in line with the Group's environmental commitments.
THE SKILLS THAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:
* Design Education: Student in Industrial/Product Design, with a strong interest in the beauty or luxury packaging field.
* Technical Expertise: You have an understanding and an interest of packaging structures, ergonomics, and industrial constraints (glass, plastic injection, cardboard). You know how to transform a creative idea into a technically viable object.
* Creative Vision: You possess a strong aesthetic sense and the ability to conceptualize unique shapes and intuitive user experiences (UX) to create memorable products.
* 3D Mastery: You are highly proficient in 3D modeling to iterate quickly on volumes and details.
* Communication Skills: You have excellent skills to present your work through high-quality 3D renders and technical drawings to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (engineers, marketers, etc.).
* English Fluency: Able to work and present in an international environment.

SOFTWARES TO MASTER:
* 3D Modeling: Rhinoceros 3D
* Rendering: Keyshot .
* 2D/Graphic: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
* Collaborative tools: Miro, PowerPoint.
AFFINITIES: A love for detail, the sensoriality of materials, and a passion for the beauty industry is a plus!

Recruitment Process
* Recruiter interview - 30 min: introduction and discussion about the role and L'Oréal Group.
* Meeting with the potential future manager - 45 min: in-depth discussion about the position's missions.
