Europe Department oversees a perimeter that currently covers 50+ markets.
As part of the team, you will work closely with the Key Account Manager, collaborating with two major European retailers - one a pure digital player and the other an omnichannel retailer. This dual exposure offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full 360° commercial spectrum, from online strategy to in-store activation.
To support your work and provide valuable local insights, you will also engage directly with Guerlain's local General Managers and Commercial teams. Together, you will help foster strong partnerships, negotiate profitable trade agreements, and enhance brand visibility and performance across the region.
Business school or equivalent (bac +4/5) Sensitivity to beauty and luxury industries. Previous experience as Key Account Assistant, or Category Manager assistant would be appreciated Know-how : Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, organized & result oriented. Solid computer skills (Word, Excel et PowerPoint). Fluency in French and English is mandatory Soft skills : Agility, entrepreneurship spirit, high capacity to adapt to a multitask, dynamic and international environment, autonomy, leadership. Enthusiastic team player. Internship (stage conventionné) starting from July 2026, for 6 months. Location - 1er arrondissement, Paris
