POSITION AND MISSIONS
You are joining our Equity Derivatives & Securities Financing (EDSF) team, which is looking for a Financial Lawyer, for a 6-month internship from September 2026.
You will join a dynamic team of lawyers dedicated to the Equity Markets (EM) and Global Securities Financing (GSF) business lines, with an inherently transversal role in relation to the diversity of their clients, the subjects dealt with and the international scope of the activity.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Assist our lawyers on transactions (equity/index derivatives or securities financing) or issues encountered,
* Carry out legal research,
* Contribute to projects for the optimization of legal documentation,
* Participate in the legal support of market activities.
