YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:
Within the Global HR team for IT & Data, this internship will take place both in Paris (75) and at our headquarters in Rueil-Malmaison (92), starting from July 2025.
Clara, Global Talent Manager for IT & Data, will support you to thrive in your missions:
* Talent analytics: 40%
o Provide regular reporting / tracking in talent domain, to offer insights and analysis, identifying trends, patterns and behaviours to drive results and build recommendations
o Extract reports from our HRIS (HR Information System) on demand, preparing presentations and assisting in business meetings. Support during the annual employee engagement survey
* Talent development: 20%
o Support Global Talent team across Talent processes (e.g. recruitment, performance, talent review, succession planning, development, learning)
o Onboarding: provide a global IT & Data framework for onboarding, with regular follow-up & tangible action plan. Preparation of periodical newcomers' communication
* Candidate & Danoners Engagement: 30%
o Partner with Magali, our Talent Acquisition Director to provide best in class Candidate experience and to activate engagement actions for our internal IT&Data Danoners
* HR Community: 10%
o Ensure seamless connection within HR community working for IT & Data worldwide, facilitate and prepare periodical meetings of HR business partners

THE BENEFITS OF THIS INTERNSHIP:
* Develop your skills in Analytics, Communication (both verbal and written), digital/technology/social media skills, business & stakeholder management skills
* Up to 2 days/week of remote work avec une double localisation
* Access to the CSE benefits after 3 months of presence, 100% of reimbursement of Navigo Pass
* Internship: You will receive a stipend ranging from EUR1,300 (Bac+4 and gap year) to EUR1,500 (Bac+5) gross/month.
* Access to the headquarters' canteen

Ready to become a real Danoner? We are looking for someone:
* Available from July for a duration of 6 months
* You have a 4 to 5 years study level from university, business school or engineering school
* Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources area, ideally with customer-facing role and/or in an international and matrix organization
* Appetences: HR, digitalization, technology
* Language : Do you speak English ? We need someone who is fluent
