MISSIONS

Would you like to discover what goes on behind the scenes in an IT department and participate in strategic projects? This internship will allow you to combine management, analysis and communication in a dynamic and innovative environment.

As part of your duties, you will be responsible for:

IT governance

* Participating in the implementation and monitoring of governance processes (committees, decision-making bodies, reporting).

* Streamlining sharepoints, optimising and clarifying their use.

* Participating in the implementation of an IT project management tool for the IT department's strategic and tactical projects.

Monitoring IT KPIs

* Monitoring key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of IT projects and services.

* Analysing trends and making recommendations to improve IT performance.

IT Communication & Animation

* Updating and distributing materials to inform IT teams about the status of ongoing projects, successes and upcoming events.

* Manage and optimise the IT department's intranet/SharePoint site with relevant and engaging content. Manage the IT department's internal social networks to share news and innovations.

* Organise monthly meetings and internal events to strengthen the cohesion of the IT community.

* Develop communication campaigns to promote IT projects to business teams and external stakeholders.

YOUR PROFILE

You can apply if:

* You are in your final year of engineering school or in the second year of a Master's programme at a leading business school/university;

* You have an interest for IT;

* You have a good knowledge and command of digital tools and their use in a professional environment;

* You are curious, rigorous, independent and proactive;

* You are able to work independently and as part of a team;

* You are fluent in English (written and spoken);

* You are fluent in French (written & spoken).

* A gross remuneration of EUR1,250 to EUR1,350 depending on your level of education
