Description du poste

We are looking for an independent, polyvalent and talented intern to reinforce our team for the production. We look for a profile that has a degree of experience with supply chain in fashion, with topics such as fabric buying, manufacturer MOQs and managing delivery dates, as well as quality control (QC).

Your will assist us with the following tasks:

Product management:
- ensuring clean nomenclature of the brand's products, allowing effective supply chain management and manufacture;
- verification of conformity between the showroom samples and the final production volume;
- calculation of raw material needs for the development of cost prices;
- control of the technical sheets of the product;
- launch of Production Orders as well as Purchase Orders, followed by orderly deliveries of materials to manufacturers;
- follow-up of delivery times;
- verification of invoicing before sending to our accountancy department for payment;
- dealing with potential technical problems following the conformity and quality control of the product from their launch onward to final production;
- control and technical assistance of manufacturers on all questions related to the manufacturing process;
- draw up the production schedule, following the delivery window as concluded with the brand's wholesale clients;
- monitoring and control of prices;

Materials and buying:
- supply the studio and manufacturers with raw materials;
- verification of invoicing before payment;
- physical and administrative inventory of material stock for production.
- quantitative and qualitative control of received material supplies;
- verification of delivery notes;
- assistance with negotiation of prices, delivery deadlines and schedules for the delivery of materials;

Profil recherché

We are looking for a profile showing the following:

- You ideally have some experience in a similar job or position;
- You show a perfect understanding of both fashion business (margins, lead times, payment terms) as well as fashion product (technical knowledge of product and its manufacturing).
- You are experienced in MS Teams and Excel.
- You don't shy away from technical, logistical and administrative tasks.
- Previous experience with Zedonk software is a very strong plus.
- You can operate well under pressure and know how to communicate quickly and on-point, including mailing, messaging and calling in English with manufacturing partners and suppliers.
- Fluent English is a minimum, with knowledge of French or Italian being a strong plus.
- Polyvalent, highly organized and autonomous.

All applicants need to be able to obtain a 'Convention de Stage' from their educational institution for a 6-month period.
