Your Missions
As a Operational Product Manager within the Luxe Division, your objectives will be concrete, and your responsibilities stimulating. You will actively participate in the innovation and realization of tomorrow's products, in line with the excellence and high standards of luxury. You will be responsible for:
* Support for new product launches: You will assist Product Managers in the operational follow-up of new launches, from the briefing phase to market availability.
* Product life cycle management: You will contribute to monitoring the performance of existing product lines, analyzing sales and stock levels, and proposing corrective actions or optimizations (promotions, SKU rationalization).
* Market and competitor analysis: You will continuously monitor trends in the luxury beauty market, product innovations, and the strategies of our competitors to identify opportunities and threats.

Some skills you will develop in this role:
Product project management (launch, lifecycle), luxury market analysis, cross-functional coordination, development of marketing materials, and budget optimization.

Your Profile
* You are a Master's student (Bac+4/5) from a business school, university, or engineering school, looking for a gap year or end-of-study internship.
* You are fluent in English and/or French.
* You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
* You are recognized for your analytical and synthesis skills, your organizational sense, and your proactivity. You possess strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.

Your Benefits
* Compensation: EUR1700 gross monthly
* Transport: 75% of transport costs covered
* Remote work: 1 day of remote work per week
* Leave: 1 day per month

The Recruitment Process
* Recruiter Interview - 30 min: An opportunity for you to introduce yourself and discuss the role & the L'Oréal Group.
* Meeting with your potential future manager - 45 min: To discuss the responsibilities of the position.
