Job Description
Within the Marketing Development Product team of DARPHIN, your internship supervisor is the Global Product Manager. In collaboration with the Marketing team, you will learn and be trained by participating in the following activities:
Participation in the development of new products from hero franchises, concepts and marketing campaigns, from conception to launch (product development, campaign development, internationalization strategies)
Definition of the product mix and strategic recommendations related to the development of the marketing plan
Coordination with cross-functional teams (creative, digital, product development, logistics) on activities related to product development and 360° consumer engagement
Responsible for competitive intelligence, studies and qualitative/quantitative market analysis to support future launches.
Support to the marketing team in day-to-day activities and requests

Qualifications

A business school student (or equivalent) with a strong interest in luxury and skincare
Curious, rigorous, proactive, organized, creative and autonomous
Comfortable managing several projects simultaneously and collaborating with diverse teams
Enthusiastic and passionate about the beauty industry, eager to discover marketing challenges
Strong command of Pack Office and excellent English skills (written, spoken, read)
A first internship in marketing (experience in luxury beauty is a plus)
