VAILLANT is looking for a Marketing and E-Commerce Assistant intern to join an emerging Parisian ready-to-wear house where the pace is fast, the standards are high, and the energy is good. This is a business-minded role for someone who wants to understand how a fashion brand grows, from the customer journey to the campaigns that drive it, and contribute to that growth directly.

The internship will begin on 26 August 2026 for a period of six months, in person at our Paris studio.

Key responsibilities:

E-Commerce and Customer Care
Being the voice of VAILLANT for our customers, mastering the brand's tone in every reply.
Owning returns, refunds, and exchange requests from start to finish.
Handling address changes and order modifications with precision.
Working across Shopify and our warehouse management platform to track and resolve order issues fast.
Liaising with our shipping carrier on delivery questions and follow ups.
Helping build customer loyalty, turning a one time buyer into a VAILLANT regular.
Occasionally stepping into live customer care during in studio appointments.

Digital Marketing and Analytics
Keeping a close eye on the competition, spotting what other emerging and established ready-to-wear brands are doing well.
Analysing performance statistics from our advertising campaigns and translating numbers into clear recommendations.
Drafting and sending newsletters with the right tone and timing.
Supporting content distribution across Pinterest, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
Maintaining and updating the brand report and marketing plan.
Running consumer behaviour surveys and synthesising insights for the team.
Helping set up and monitor marketing campaigns end to end.
Keeping the website sharp, with fresh images, updated copy, and clean layout.

Analytical mindset, comfortable turning data into decisions.

Sharp attention to detail, nothing slips through.

Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Shopify experience is a plus.

High energy, proactive, hungry to learn fast.

Solution oriented, takes initiative without waiting to be asked.

Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, fluent in English, French is a plus
