As a Project Intern within the Luxury & Fashion team in France, you will support the development of strategic initiatives with some of the most prestigious brands in the industry. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to TikTok's business operations while contributing to high-impact projects at the intersection of luxury, culture and digital innovation. You will work closely with the sales and strategy teams, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and developing a deep understanding of how leading luxury brands leverage TikTok to drive both brand impact and business growth. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Key responsibilities include: - Support the development and execution of strategic projects in collaboration with the French Luxury Sales team - Contribute to industry measurement initiatives, including campaign effectiveness studies (BLS), reporting frameworks and learning agendas - Assist in the weekly monitoring and optimisation of live campaigns, analysing performance and identifying opportunities for improvement - Support global account teams through competitive benchmarks, performance scorecards and strategic insights - Contribute to product innovation initiatives, helping identify new opportunities for luxury brands on TikTok - Support client education initiatives, including guidance on Ad Policies and platform best practices Throughout the internship, you will also benefit from exposure to TikTok's broader ecosystem, connecting with interns and teams across the organisation while receiving mentorship and professional development support. Requerimientos del candidato/a:
Minimum Qualifications - Currently enrolled in a top business school or university, in your final year of studies or preparing to graduate in 2026 or 2027 - Available to start in Paris for a minimum of 6 months - Professional proficiency in English and strong working proficiency in French - Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to structure, prioritise and execute initiatives - Demonstrated interest in digital platforms, advertising ecosystems and TikTok's ad solutions Preferred Qualifications - Academic focus in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business or Strategy - Previous internship experience in consulting, advertising, digital marketing, sales, strategy or analytics - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights - Curious, proactive and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
