Job Description
Location: Guatemala Offices
Work Hours: Flexible working hours
Profile: Active undergraduate student with a background in Engineering, Marketing, Finance or Business Administration.
Salary: Competitive salary and benefits program.
Duration: Minimum of 6 months.

Responsibilities of the role

As sales intern you will develop, negotiate and execute sales and marketing strategies based on in-depth analysis of the customer, market and sales processes. You will learn and execute concepts of market development and consumer behavior to apply them to categories (brands), customers and channels (distributors, pharmacies, supermarkets, among others). Both in the internal sales and external sales, the energy and dynamism of day-to-day sales are factors that make this position attractive and interesting.

Job Qualifications
We are looking for a student who:
* Is an active undergraduate student with 6-24 months left to graduate.
* Has written and spoken proficiency in Spanish and English.
* Displays strong teamwork, analytical skills, problem solving and an end-goal oriented attitude.
* Is driven to overcome barriers or setbacks to consistently deliver strong results.
* Is comfortable collaborating with people from different levels, backgrounds and experiences.
* Shows strong passion to continuously learn new things and grow as a professional.
* Is legally able to work in Guatemala.
