Job Description Recordings and quality control of incoming orders Forward approved orders to the appropriate groups Monitoring and documenting pending orders Preparation of reports and statistics Liaison and continuous consultation with the project leaders Initiation of escalation procedure in case of critical problems Proactive troubleshooting, preventing predictable delays/outages Development of the knowledge base Collaborate with other teams
