Your Task
This role involves providing technical support and IT services to customers. The position requires handling diagnostics and troubleshooting of software and hardware issues, as well as providing both on-site and remote technical assistance.
Responsibilities
* Perform diagnostics and correction of software and hardware faults
* Conduct notebook installations for users
* Set up and manage patch ports for network connectivity
* Track and manage escalated requests and errors
* Provide remote technical support when necessary
* Maintain direct communication with customers to address their technical needs

Your Profile
We are looking for an IT Support Intern with technical knowledge of operating systems, hardware, and Office applications, who can work in an office environment and provide customer support.
Must Have Skills
* Intermediate level of English
* Active (or passive under the age of 25) full-time student relationship for at least 1 more year
* Availability to work at least 24 hours per week in the office
* Knowledge of operating systems
* IT affinity
* In-depth knowledge of Windows 10 operating system
* Knowledge of Office applications (2019/O365)
* Basic hardware knowledge
* Empathic personality
* Team player approach
* Monotony tolerance
* Openness
Additional Requirements
* Office-based work only (no remote work option available)
