Industrial Trainee - FP&A

Be part of a dynamic finance team driving accuracy, insights, and financial discipline.
This position offers an industrial training assignment for CA students, providing structured exposure to Financial Planning & Analysis within a large, professionally managed organization. The Industrial Trainee will support defined FP&A processes and deliverables under close supervision, in line with established policies, controls, and reporting standards.

What You'll Bring

* CA Intermediate / eligible for Industrial Training under ICAI norms.
* Completion of a minimum of 12 months of practical training/articleship, as prescribed by ICAI.
* Prior Articleship experience with a Big 4 firm preferred.
* Strong understanding of financial statements and fundamental financial analysis, with the ability to work through key assumptions.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and exposure to structured, process-oriented reporting environments.
* High attention to detail, strong work discipline, and ability to operate effectively within a process-driven, multi-stakeholder environment.
