The Opportunity

We are looking for Diploma Trainee to join High Voltage GIS team. You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and profitability of our high voltage product portfolio while ensuring alignment with company goals and customer requirements. The candidate shall be able to demonstrate a strong Mechanical and Electrical fundamentals and hands-on experience of Assembly of various components of GIS.

How you'll make an impact
* Work closely with supervisor to implement standard production processes.
* Modify or develop new processes / methods for repeatable, reliable and cost-effective manufacturing.
* Provide precise feedback to supervisor on Yield issues.
* Achieved daily production plan as per cycle time and allocated workload.
* Support new product introduction on manufacturing lines.
* Candidate should have certified EOT crane operator.
* Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
* A Diploma in Mechanical /Electrical engineering with first class (above 60%)
* Proficient in MS-Office
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
