Your impact

To support the HR delivery team with end-to-end operational and coordination activities, ensuring smooth execution of processes, timely communication, accurate data handling, and efficient follow-ups. The intern will act as the team's execution support for all operational work that enables processes and programs to run seamlessly. Key Roles & Responsibilities

* Operational Support
* Raise, track, and close HR/system tickets and service requests.
* Maintain task trackers and ensure timely completion.
* Scheduling & Coordination
* Schedule meetings, sessions, and discussions with stakeholders.
* Manage calendars, reschedules, and attendance tracking.
* Track requests, follow-ups, and closures across COE (Centers of Excellence) teams.
* Data Management & Reporting
* Collect, clean, and consolidate data from multiple sources.
* Maintain accurate trackers and prepare basic reports.
* Communication Support and Quality Checks
* Draft and send emails, messages, and reminders.
* Proofread documents, data, and communications.
* Ensure accuracy, completeness, and professional formatting.
* Program Execution Support
* Support onboarding, trainings, surveys, and HR programs.
* Prepare participant lists, materials, and track completion.
* Miscellaneous & Ad-hoc Support
* Support the team with any operational or coordination tasks as needed.
* Handle urgent requests and provide flexible execution support.

Here's what you'll need

* Pursuing BMS/MBA/MMS/ PGDM - specializing in Industrial relations/Human resources
* Strong organizational skills
* Attention to detail
* Good written communication and email etiquette
* Working knowledge of Microsoft tools like Excel and PowerPoint
* Ability to manage multiple small tasks without losing track
* Willingness to ask questions and seek clarity
* Reliability and ownership mindset
