You'll make an impact by:

* Follow Work Instruction and SOP
* Learning to operating and monitoring production quality in achieving the production target
* Assisting with machine setup and changeovers
* Performing basic maintenance tasks
* Maintaining a clean and organized work area
* Learning about production processes and safety protocols
You'll make an impact by:

* Currently enrolled in a technical program, trade school, or related field (or a highly motivated high school student with a passion for electrical engineering)
* A strong desire to learn
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
* Ability to follow instructions and work independently
* Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
* Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical principles (a plus)
