We are seeking for bright university students to join our Operations Internship Program - SKT HOPE. You will be part of a team where you can develop and improve yourself, also make an impact by providing solution in a specific internship project.

This role supports operational excellence initiatives by strengthening documentation quality, audit readiness, and cross-functional coordination. You will contribute to preparations for key stakeholder forums and quality audits while gaining hands-on experience in quality management systems, compliance, and continuous improvement

YOUR 'DAY TO DAY'

* Support the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of HOPE SKT programs and community empowerment initiatives.
* Manage program data, documentation, and reporting to ensure effective monitoring and evaluation.
* Develop innovative ideas and recommendations to enhance participant engagement, operational effectiveness, and program sustainability

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* Undergraduate students, preferably in 7th or 8th semester with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 with an educational level of bachelor's degree.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Basic knowledge of graphic design (Canva; experience with Adobe or AutoCAD is a plus)

Strong data analytical, communication, and English skills

WORKING ARRANGEMENT
* Location: Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia
* Duration: 6 months
