Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Engineering: Data Platform - AI professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful adoption and value realization of AI solutions post-sale. This role involves working with customers to ensure they achieve their desired outcomes from AI solutions, with a focus on post-sale success. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Solution Adoption: Support customers in adopting AI solutions, ensuring they realize the value of these solutions post-sale.
* Value Realization: Assist with ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes from AI solutions, focusing on successful adoption and value realization.
