The programme is mainly for students in their penultimate year of undergraduate and postgraduate study, also for fresh graduates. This 3-to-6-month programme will give you first-hand experience of what it's like to work for a global bank. You'll have opportunities to meet with senior leaders to learn about different areas of your business line. The training and development you'll receive is designed to ensure that you are involving in a real projects and have exposure to banking operations.
