Overview

Applications are invited for the fixed term position of an IT Intern role. The position provides first-hand practical experience in supporting all aspects of PepsiCo's exciting business, working across global IT teams, with exposure to best-in-class technology, applications and systems.

Responsibilities

Intern roles include: - Application support/development, Infrastructure and Network support, Cybersecurity, End user services and support.

* Participate in troubleshooting IT issues and implementing corrective actions.
* Maintain IT equipment and PepsiCo employee inventory databases
* Support IT Teams with reporting and analysis for Weekly/ Monthly reviews.
* Support IT projects being rollout across the PepsiCo Cork Campus.
* Attend and participate in IT Team meetings.
* Working with local and remote teams
* Support PepsiCo's TY work experience program.

IT Applications/Systems supported by PepsiCo Cork IT include but aren't limited to: Microsoft Office 365 Applications, Copilot, ServiceNow, SAP Software Solutions, Power BI.

The positions will also involve collaborating with IT Global PepsiCo Teams located across several countries.

Qualifications

* Student currently studying BIS, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Analytics or another related field.
* Good understanding of AI apps, Excel and other Microsoft Applications.
* Open to working on activities where attention to detail is important.
* Communicating messages effectively within your team and other colleagues.
* Capacity to organize and prioritize work in an effective manner.
* Bring ideas and creativity and make suggestions.
* Comfortable working with teams including remote teams.
