Your role

The selected resource will have access to the UBS platform (i.e. equity research, industry team, etc.), and will use databases and applications instrumental to financial analysis activities (Mergermarket, Aida, Bloomberg, Lince, Factiva, etc.).

The training project involves the acquisition of skills in financial statement analysis and reclassification, company valuation, business planning, drafting of teasers and information memorandums, preparation of pitches and other activities related to the origination and execution of M&A and/or ECM (Equity Capital Markets) and/or Debt Advisory mandates.

Your team

The trainee will be constantly supported by the tutor and qualified personnel, will undertake a training course within the Corporate Advisory Group Team, dealing with the M&A, ECM & Debt Advisory activity in the "mid market" segment with a specific focus on family-owned companies.

Your expertise

* background in economics, finance or business administration or management engineering
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* flexibility, open minded and collaborative
* independent, accurate and attentive to individual details working method
* good knowledge of Microsoft Office and speed in learning how to use new IT products
* Fluent English

Start date as soon as possible.
