Research Assistant Analyst Intern

We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Innovation & Data team, supporting both data-driven initiatives and market analysis activities within the commercial real estate business.
The role is designed for a junior profile willing to develop a hybrid skillset, combining data management and analytics capabilities with a solid understanding of real estate market dynamics and investment insights.
The intern will contribute to the development of data solutions while using data to generate actionable insights that support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the collection, integration, and analysis of data from multiple sources (internal and external)
* Contribute to the development and maintenance of data pipelines and datasets used for analytics and reporting
* Perform data validation, quality checks, and basic data transformation activities
* Analyze market data, property performance, and macroeconomic indicators to identify trends and insights
* Support the preparation of dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders
* Assist in the development of forecasting and analytical models
* Monitor market trends, industry news, and regulatory updates relevant to real estate
* Collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure data is effectively used
* Contribute to continuous improvement of data processes, tools, and analytical methodologies

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

* Degree (or currently pursuing) in Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance or related fields
* Strong interest in both data/technology and real estate market analysis
* Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
* Basic knowledge of SQL and Python (or willingness to learn)
* Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
* Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
* Proactive, curious, and willing to learn in a dynamic environment
* Fluent in English
