Purpose of the position: As Integration intern, you will be part of the newly established Integration Function and you will support the team in the ongoing integration planning activities.
How can you support us?
* Assist and support all functional teams involved in the integration planning phase;
* Actively participate in the integration planning activities, tracking progress in conjunction with the involved functions;
* support in the identification of potential risks and roadblocks to a successful integration, developing mitigation strategies, and facilitating resolution across different teams
* Support all functional teams in the usage of standardized tools dedicated to integration processes;
* Facilitate clear and consistent communication on the proposed merger and related integration planning activities;
* Support in the drafting of periodic reports and documentation for Top Management.
What are we looking for?
Education: Master's Degree/Bachelor's Degree in: management engineering, management, accounting and finance, or similar
Languages: English fluent (B2); strong written and oral communication capabilities.
Technical Knowledge: advanced use of Office suite: Word, PowerPoint and Excel
